So, who am I anyway?

I’m Caroline Radway (BSc). and I’m a Personal Trainer. But don’t think this means I have always been naturally athletic – in fact I have always battled (and I mean battled!) with my weight, having been very overweight in my early 20s! I have been there, and I truly understand your struggles and have worked through the same struggles personally, as well as with hundreds of clients just like you.

When I was at my fattest, I blamed myself for being greedy, lazy and, well, fat. I spent MORE time exercising, mostly in a gym, and ate rigidly according to what I had been led to believe was healthy: Low fat yoghurts, cereals, wholegrain toast (no butter, of course!), fat free milk and yet I was getting fatter and fatter! I thought it was my fault, for just eating too much or not exercising enough – but I was wrong!

I was just doing and eating all the wrong things! And when I finally worked out the right things to do, in the right amounts, I discovered I could do less, eat more and get way better results! This is what I can now share with you – so you don’t have to struggle any more. There really is a better way – once you have it figured out, you can achieve and maintain the body shape you desire.

It’s a great feeling knowing the best body of your life is not a distant memory. In fact, I hit 30 in better shape than I had been for my entire 20s, and when I get married later this year, I’ll be in even better shape! Roll on 40 is all I can say – so much potential!

Like most people I’ve tried my hand a loads of different fitness things – jogging, yoga, gym, but I always either hate them (like jogging), or get bored (like the gym)!
