The next coaching meeting is being held on Friday July 30th at 6pm. Ideally all new clients will attend this meeting, but if you can’t then your support materials will be available to download the week before training starts, and hard copies given to you at the first session (or you can collect from me).

Please note that if you subscribe using the links above, you will make sure you are pre-booked on future months of training.  Using this option means you will need to re-visit the site before the next training programme starts, and run the risk of losing your place.  You can cancel the above subscriptions at any time, so it is the suggested option.

Please note, the programme runs on a 4 weekly cycle and you must start at the beginning of a 4 week block.

If you need to miss training for whatever reason, you are provided with home / hotel / travel workouts you can do in your own time – the programme is about more than the actual training sessions, but you are expected to complete your own training if you have to miss a session.

If you are a subscribed member and have attended at least 6 months in full, there is an option to ‘freeze’ for a month and still remain on your same membership rate.

If you are a subscribed member and have attended at least 2 consecutive months, you can request to have a ‘half-freeze’ if you know you cannot attend 2 weeks, if you are away on holiday, for example. This is only applicable for 1 month in any 6 month period.  You can attend 2 weeks of the 4 week programme, and receive all the support and materials, but pay 25% less than a regular month.  For absences of 1 week the rate stays the same, as you will receive all you need to train at home or on the road!  And we don’t want to encourage slacking off!
