The current session times are listed below. You just choose which of the sessions you would like to attend on a regular basis and just let me know when you need to attend different times for whatever reason – it’s designed to be totally flexible around you! If you can’t make any of these times then let me know, as we are planning to add more sessions to the schedule in early spring:

Location

Sessions are held in the park area on St James Road / Colebrook Avenue, Shirley, Southampton.

As a rule sessions run outside whatever the weather – although when there is exceptionally extreme weather we will reschedule or cancel and you can carry over any missed sessions to future weeks / months.
